While speaking on TRS show, he mentioned how he regrets taking up yoga so late in his life.
“Yoga is not stretching. Yoga is an art of living, a miracle and nothing is greater than yoga,” he said. He even mentioned how all the parents must encourage their children to do yoga. And rightly so! The benefits of yoga are multi-fold. The singer further went on to add that yoga is the "biggest power."
During his concert in Delhi, Diljit started by telling everyone that he got lucky because he learned to take out time for himself every morning - the time when he meditates and does yoga.
